Anyone have experience out there with GOOD food dehydrators (ie not 20
dollar Kmart specials) and where you can get them?
My major considerations are size (doesn't need to be huge, but does for
example need to be able to dry out a good bumper crop of fruits or veggies)
and also adjustable, consistent temperatures (for obvious reasons, but also
this would be important for making homemade vegan yogurts and cheeses which
need long drying at 100ish)
