Desert Pizza/Mustard Museum

Somebody wanted suggestions for the "filling" for desert pizza.  How about
using ff yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, or tofu, thinned and/or sweetened
as needed?

The Mustard Museum mentioned by someone is http://www.mustardweb.com 
Unfortunately the page says they are busy replacing it with new page and not
much is there right now.
