energy shakes

I make this healthy shake for myself every afternon and I am not hungry for
the rest of the day! In a blender just add 4 Tbl. granola, and 2 Tbl. fiber
and 1/4 of a cup of cheerios cerial(or if you want the shake thicker just
add more) with 1 cup soy  milk and lots of ice. It´s delicious!
