Hi Larry! I also go to the store twice a week and I buy 6-7 pounds of
bananas a week. Each time I buy a bunch I try to buy them in varying
degrees of ripeness so that I always have ripe ones and unripe ones. this
way I don't get banana overload:-) If worse comes to worse I either bake
with them or freeze then for a later date. You can really eat the
defrosted ones out of hand but they can be used in baked goods, friut
desserts & pies. HTH, bk
