soon tis the season

Hi all - we have pretty traditional tastes in our house, but no matter
to me - hubby cooks a turkey and I make stuffing, only half of which
goes in the bird and the rest is cooked in a casserole - I make my
mothers' recipe which is sauteed apples, onions, a potato, celery,
seasoned bread crumbs, much sage, salt, pepper, ginger...very yummy,
then there's sweet potatoes and spinach and jpie all from the ff
archives, use spices and folks don't miss the fat (or at least they
don't complain to me!)  blessings, diana in st. louis
