I made a yummy banana tofu pudding.  This does not require cooking, just
mixing ingredients in a food processor.  My question is how long will
tofu keep in the refrigerator.  The package says that after opening it
should be used in a couple of days.  I would like to make enough pudding
to last about a week.  I use MuNori tofu, low fat.

How long will open whipped tofu keep and does it have an odor or smell
when it is no longer edible?
