cilantro

Over here in NZ, cilantro is just another name for coriander and it is
wonderful stuff.
Fantastic in mexican food and in salads like cherry tomato/red onion/peppers in
the dressing. It is also good in thai such as thai green curry where there is
coconut too (I know coconut is high fat but a teaspoon of lite coconut
milk/cream in pumpkin soup with coriander stirred in is the ultimate).
Always add cilantro just before serving (ie. don't cook) because it loses
something. it is quite a diff flavour from the dried powder.
