Re: Tofu in lasagna

I have used tofu successfilly as a replacement for icotta, but due to the
amount of fdat in the tofu and the quantity of tofu in the recipe,
itdoesn't fall within the parameters of the list guidelines.  Feel free to
email me privately if you're interested, though.
