protein thick shake-recipe

Hi I just thought you might like this recipe for my special "protien drink"
Here goes:
1.pour 2 tablespoons of whey protien powder into 300mls of vanilla soy milk
or low fat milk.
2. then add 2 tablespoons of fat free ,dairy free ice cream (I love
tropical or wildberry)
3. Blend all together till smooth .
4. Drink slowly and enjoy. (YUMMY)
