Someone asked how to make a taco shell without fat.

It's as easy as turning on your oven.

Drape a corn tortilla over two of the wires of the oven rack and
turn on to 350 F. (180 C. or Gasmark 4) and remove when they have 
formed into neat folders and are just starting to begin to brown,
about 15 minutes more or less. The heat will cause the sides to 
drop and then the entire tortilla will get just as crispy as a (ugh)
high fat fried one.  

If the tortilla is so wide that it touches or goes over any other
wires, tuck it gently below them.
