awhile ago at a conference opening cocktails we were served these fantastic
dumpling type things that I have never seen before.  I think they were probably
Japanese because they were quite delicate, they were some kind of vege mixture,
lightly flavoured and quite fine, in a translucent white covering.  They were
served with soy sauce for dipping.  They were about the size of small won tons
I guess, maybe 1.5 inches by 0.75inches??  Can anyone help with what these
might be and a recipe and where I would get the wrappers (what they are called
if I ask at my local asian supermarket?)
