There are a couple other versions (both vegan) of this in the archives
(http://www.fatfree.com --look under chocolate pudding cake). I love this
stuff. A while back a friend made this for our Bible study group. After
2 bites, one of the other girls proposed to him! :)
If you use less water, the topping will be more pudding-like; more water,
and it will be more of a sauce. You can also cut back the sugar in the
cake part without any problem.
