Thanks for suggesting "Gimme Lean". I was surprized by how much it
tasted like sausage, even enough to please my husband. I browned it
very successfully in a non-stick skillet with no o*l, just keep stirring
it. It was great browned as a pizza topping. It almost tasted too
rich!
