Hello...I don't seem to have a problem.  I just keep it loose in my
vegetable crisper drawer.  Also, you can buy the amount you want.  If
the clump is too big, just break it in half or so.  It should definitely
last 2 weeks without a problem, as long as doesn't get wet.
