sugar-free,vegan apple cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix 11/2c white flour w/ 2t baking soda,1/2t cinnamon,1/4t salt,1/4c
applesauce,1/2c lowfat rice or soymilk,and 1/2c apple juice.Mix well and
pat into a oiled 13by9by2in pan.Add 4c sliced, apples (about 3-4 
apples)to the top of the crust.Sprinkle w/ cinnamon and put in oven.Bake
45 mins or until crust is brown and fruit is tender.Serve warm or cool
w/ nonfat vanilla yogurt on top.
