I haven't posted in a long time, but I've been reading faithfully.
I noticed lots of questions about greens recently, and thought I would
share with you that in the latest issue of Prevention magazine (May, 1998)
there is a whole section of recipes with greens.  There is also a chart
with nutritional analysis of apx. 14 different greens.
