help for rutabaga

This is what I served for T-giving yesterday.  If you don't mind mashing
the dice, this is a nice alternative to normal mashed turnip.

Peel and slice a small apple.  Nuke it until soft and roughly mash.  Add to
the warmed turnip and combine with a potato masher.  Add a dash of nutmeg,
a couple tbsp of ff sour cream, and a couple tsp maple syrup.  Flavour with
S and P if desired.
