Rutabagas and hungry days

I think you can substitute rutabagas for turnips in any recipe.  (I could be
wrong, but I do it all the time!)

And those hungry days may be the result of eating sugar.  This is why I avoid
most sugar.  I find that if I consume sugar of any kind (fruit sugar, white
sugar, maple syrup, etc.), I tend to get hungrier much more quickly.
