Yum!  I haven't tried patty-pans, but here they're delightful.  If you wash
them well, the skins are soft and edible.  You can marinate them as with
any other veg, and grill them whole in the oven or barbeque.  Apparantly,
after being boiled, cooled and diced, they make a nice cold salad with
dressing.  If anyone has other ideas, please pass them on.
