Re:sandwiches

I have a favorite that I eat almost every day.  Take pita bread and stuff it
with cooked spinach, Roma tomatoes, lowfat or fatfree Italian shreaded
cheese.  I then put a little of all on top and bake it in the oven for about
10 min at 375 degrees.  Serve with a little lowfat sour cream.  It's
delicious.
