I'd like to try TVP, but I'm not sure how to incorporate it. Bought some
today on a friend's suggestion that I simply add it to soups and stews
in which I'd like to boost the protein. Sounds easy enough. But are there
other suggestions? Any good recipes to share? I'm especially interested in
simple foods--snacks, things that can be eaten cold, minimal prep time,
Also, does anyone have nutritional data (such as how much equals one
serving) for TVP?
