Does anyone have any good recipes using ancho chilies? I bought a bag of them
at a vegetable market and would like some ideas for them. I checked out the
archives and found several good recipes already, including chili and
stuffed anchos.
Just wondered if anyone had other ideas or advice on how to best use them.
