Lentil Hash & Bye

I made lentil hash last night, it was really yummy:

2 carrots grated
4 cups cooked lentils
2 egg whites
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup corriander (cilantro)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 chopped tomatos
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 small onion chopped

Mix these all together and then brown in a nonstick frying pan, stiring
often.  I served this with pita bread and salad and a squeeze of lime
juice. Yummy!  Leftovers are good for sandwiches.

I'm going to unsubscribe for a while - as I'm moving back to Australia.  I
will miss this list!  Its nice to be part of such a friendly supportive
group!  See you all when I find a new ISP!
