Oatmeal

As for your canister of oats-
	try running them through the blender until they're powder, then use this
oat flour to subs. for regular flour in whatever recipe you're using. the
oat flour adds more fiber. however, it also makes the baked good more
dense. Also, try using the oatmeal, un-blendered in lentil loafs or lentil
burgers. they can help bind the loaf together. hope this helps-
