Green Giant Harvest Burgers Crumbles/Chili

I've recently discovered the Green Giant Harvest
Burgers for Recipes - crumbles which come in a
zip-lock bag ready to add to whatever. Very
convenient! They are fat-free and high-fiber. 2/3
cup have 15 grams of protein, 90 calories. I find
them great in chili - just made a huge pot in
about 10 minutes. This is what I used:

1/2 bag Harvest Burger crumbles
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can RoTel tomatoes with chilis
1-2 cans of beans of your choice (tonight I am
using pinto beans cooked from dry)
1-2 cups frozen corn
Chili powder and salt to taste
3-4 carrots, chopped
3-4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
2-3 cups of water or until consistency is what you
want

I tend to make chili with more vegetables than
most recipes call for so it is like a chili
vegetable soup - I also add broccoli, cauliflower,
zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but
the above ingredients are usually my minimum.

Yum!
