Re: So-called low fat beanut butters -Reply

I'm wondering how important it is that "beanut butter" has
37% of its calories from fat.  Is it not at least as important, if
not more important:
(1)how many total calories come from fat? and
(2)what percentage of a beanut butter and jelly sandwich on
whole wheat bread comes from fat?  If the sandwich as a
whole is under 20%, I would be happy.
