Morning Milk Shake

A quick morning meal or tasty ice-cream substitute

	Small container non-fat or low-fat yogurt 
	1/2 to 1 cup non-fat milk or fruit juice
	fresh fruit (banana, berries, pineapple...)

	Freeze yogurt in small containers.  
	In blender mix "frozen" yogurt, fruit and milk.		
	Experiment with flavored yogurts, different fruits.  For some reason
this concoction helps me control my appetite all day long.
