Hi, Does anyone out there take zinc supplements? My Aunt suggested I take some and yesterday was my first try. About an hour after taking it I had awful stomach pains.. has anyone else encountered this??? Diane p.s. the zinc was 50mg and I took it with lunch.. ------------------------------
