There have been a number of posts over the last couple of weeks regarding
sources of low fat/non-fat seasonings or sauces. I have been collecting
catalogues for seasonings, sauces and other cooking aids over the last year
or so. I live in West Virginia, and it makes finding some ingredients a
little more difficult -- especially ones which are considered more "exotic"
by local standards. I thought it might be helpful for everyone if I typed up
a listing of the addresses and phone numbers of some of the more useful
catalogues. I should note that I am in no way affiliated with any of these
folks, but merely use them as a personal cooking ingredient resource from
time to time. Hope this is helpful for some of you.
