Pita

Does anyone remember what edition the pita recipe was in? Also, the
unstuffed cabbage?

Tip 'o the day...If your tomatoes sauce is proving too tart while you're
checking it for seasoning, a scant teaspoon of sugar with a pinch of ground
anise seed (to 1-2 qts.) will balance the flavours...if you can taste the
sugar or anise, you've put in too much!
